Where do you source your prints?
Marshhouse is a retail outlet for a number of the artists represented. Other artists create items we think are cool. So we buy it with the hope that you will like it too. If not, we've got some nice stuff to look at while packing orders.

What are the condition of your prints?
Most all prints are what we would consider near-mint/mint. Any major concerns should be noted but sometimes we miss stuff. If we pull the item and find anything questionable you will be notified prior to shipment. Near-mint/mint to us means there may be a dinged edge but nothing which detracts from the image.

What if there's a problem with my shipment?
We ship in very heavy wall tubes. If a tube arrives with obvious damage(ie. crushed) the package should be marked "Return to sender. Refused due to damage." Insured orders will be handled quickly. Please keep all original pakaging, etc. should a claim be in order. If you get your poster and you feel it's not in the condition described please contact us. We will often refund the purchase price less the shipping/handling upon return of the poster as it was originally packaged. Prior approval required. Return postage is at your expense.

Is what's listed on the website all the inventory you have?
No. While we do try to keep the site current we are always getting new items. Likewise, we are always selling items. They are not always removed from the site as quickly as we'd like. Items are sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Additionally, if there's something specific you desire (but don't see) please ask. We just might have it on hand. We also love to help find art that you folks are seeking.

How do I pay Marshhouse?
Follow the procedure with our secure Paypal shopping cart and check out. Don't have paypal or would rather not use it? That's not a problem. You can mail us (our address) a USPS money order (USPS only please) or cash (please send via certified mail so you know it arrived - we aren't resposible for money sent standard mail). We will hold items for 10 days and then consider the sales void if no funds have been recieved.

Can I pay with a personal check?
No, thank you. We would rather not have to wait for funds to clear, etc. You may pay with a paypal e-check.


Do you share my info with anyone?
Not a soul. We value your business and respect your privacy. Your information will never be sold or intentionally given to a third party. We may use your info to send promotional material and if you'd rather not get the items please let us know. We'll take you off the mailing list...but then you won't know about the super duper specials when they're announced.
